We strive to maintain precise stock counts on our website. However, occasional discrepancies may occur, resulting in the inability to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. If this situation arises, we will fulfill the available products and promptly reach out to you. You will then have the option to either await restocking of the back-ordered item or request a refund.
PAYMENT/REFUND
Payment-SAR Sublimation is facilitated by a state-of-the-art payment gateway provided by the ‘Instamojo’ web payment gateway application. Renowned for its secure and safe features, customer privacy handling policy, and user-friendly payment modes, Instamojo ensures a seamless transaction experience. Any discrepancies or errors occurring during normal transactions should be promptly acknowledged and escalated to the relevant application team. It is essential to adhere to all rules and conditions specified by the payment application by thoroughly reading the instructions and policies.
Any errors or fraudulent attempts made by the customer will be managed by the payment application owner, and SAR Sublimation will not bear responsibility for such issues.
Refund Policy: SAR Sublimation does not generally accept returns or offer refunds. However, if the product received is found to be damaged or incorrect in size, customers can request an exchange. To qualify for an exchange, the purchased product must be returned within two days of purchase in its original condition. Once the returned products are received and deemed acceptable, exchanges will be processed promptly. Customers will be notified via email once the exchange is completed.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are determined during the checkout process, taking into account the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be included with your purchase, and the price quoted during checkout will be the final shipping cost for the customer.
RETURN DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
SAR Sublimation does not accept returns due to a change of mind. However, if the received product is found to be defective upon arrival, we require video proof of unboxing the original package, and the item must be shipped back to us within 15 days of receipt in its original packaging.
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it, and if deemed acceptable, we will process a refund in the form of store credit for a future purchase. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed. Please note that for credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your store credit.
If the product is damaged after arrival, if the return is initiated after 15 calendar days, or if the original unboxing video is not provided, you will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs will be covered by SAR Sublimation for damaged or defective items.
We will refund the value of the returned goods but will not refund the shipping cost, which is typically Rs. 120 for each order, even if free shipping was offered for some products. Additionally, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the Rs. 50 COD charge will not be refunded in the case of a return.
DELIVERY TERMS
Domestic Transit Time:
At SAR Sublimation, all orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Upon dispatch, delivery times vary:
- For Tamil Nadu: 1-2 working days
- For Southern states: 3-5 working days
- For Northern states: 4-7 working days
Please note that shipping is managed by a third-party service provider for SAR Sublimation. Therefore, during public holidays, natural calamities, or strikes, delays in parcel delivery may occur.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
For change of delivery address requests, you can update the address at any time before we dispatch your order.
Items Out Of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they become available. You will be informed about this through email or WhatsApp message.
Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated duration, please contact us so that we can initiate an investigation. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, we will assist you in tracking down your package through our courier partner.
